Good afternoon, everyone!
This is my first time posting for Flannel Friday, and I am STOKED. My idea originated from my Friendship storytime, when I did the "Five Best Friends" Fingerplay, which I found from Once Upon a (Story) Time. I wanted to make this a flannelboard instead of a fingerplay, but I ran out of time because these pieces took me a long time! So, here are my pieces:
I made, Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Doc McStuffins, Dora, Princess Tiana from the Princess and the Frog, and Elsa. I wanted to make faces for them, but I'm terrible at making faces...so I'm sticking with no faces for now!
These pieces can be used for a number of things, from stories, to fingerplays, to songs, and even just free play for kids. I'm planning on making some more recognizable characters, but wanted to share these ones today for Flannel Friday!
